• PeopleWare destines 1,4 % of its annual benefits to colaborate in projects with social nature. The above mentioned projects are selected by the employees of the company. The distribution of these donations are the following:
• Donate 0,7 % to NGO's Projects.
• Donate 0,7 % to Open Source Projects.

• Milestone-oriented planning as opposed to hour-oriented tasks.
• Telecommuting.
• Trainning and Education – Minimum annual budget of 2.000,00€ per employee.

• We offer professionalism, commitment, transparency and cost-effective solutions.
• Timeframe delivery compliance.
• Documentation provided on all project stages.
• We do not accept those projects we can not undertake.
